Returns
You have 40 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty Returns
The Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from Adorit. The Warranty covers any defects in material or from manufacturing under normal use during the Warranty Period specified by the manufacturer.
The Warranty does not cover the cases of: normal wear and tear, goods that have been damaged by accident or user negligence, goods used for something other than the intended purpose, or damage from fire, flooding or other natural disasters. Please do not remove any original labels from the products, as the warranty might be void.
You can contact us to claim a warranty return, or you can contact the manufacturer directly. The Memoz® brand is owned by Adorit, so all warranty claims for Memoz products are handled by us.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to send the goods to us for warranty claim. If the product is found to be faulty, we cover the postage costs to return the item to the buyer.
We test the product and if found faulty we replace them with new or used products that are in working order.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
The buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
